Shipping policy
Shipping Policy/Information:
- We ship products ASAP between 1-3 business days.
- (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Customized or Handmade items such as Barber Jackets/Smocks may take up to 2 weeks for production.
- Standard Barber Jackets/Smocks are kept stocked in-house for fast delivery.
- A Tracking number will be sent to you immediately upon shipment.
- Free Shipping on US orders over $100.00.
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tradesmenprovisions.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Taxes/Duties:
- US - Orders delivered within North Carolina are subject to North Carolina Sales Tax. Applicable taxes will be automatically added to these orders during the checkout process.
Return Policy
- Due to our thorough Sanitary Standards, there are no returns on used Safety Razors, Shavettes, Straight Razors, Strops, Blades, Creams, Brushes, Soaps, Lotions, etc.
- On rare occasions, an item may be found to have a manufacturers defect. If this occurs, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and gladly replace the item, issue a store credit, or refund your purchase price as long as the customer can show proof of damage, manufacturers defect, and the item has not been used. Defective items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories that were included with the item.
- Please review our measurement table found in the pictures of each Clothing item. Clothing items such as Smocks and Jackets can be exchanged once due to incorrect sizing free of charge.
- We may issue a refund or store credit for certain returned items.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- High value orders, may require a current photo ID. This is purely a security measure. No personal information is saved or shared.
